Download 2012-2013 Weekday Preschool Registration

2012-2013 school year begins with our Parent Orientation on September 12, 2012. Classes run for 36 weeks, from September 2012 to June 2013.

Non-refundable Registration Fee: $50. The first (non-refundable) tuition payment is due with application (new families) or June 1, 2012 (current preschool families). This is followed by 8 monthly tuition payments, October 2012 through May 2013.

Children must be toilet trained (MMO Pre-Preschool is available for children not yet toilet trained). Enrollment is open to all children of the community without regard to race or religion. Children with special needs are considered individually.

Our Philosophy

We recognize the crucial importance of children's experiences during early childhood.  Positive, supportive relationships during the earliest years are essential for healthy emotional development, cognitive development and social attachment.  We believe that all areas of a child's development - physical, social, emotional, spiritual and cognitive are interrelated and equal in importance, and that play is the best vehicle for discovery and growth.

Our Program

We believe that each child is God's unique creation with an individual pattern and timing of growth.
We maintain a safe and nurturing environment for the freedom of discovery, creation, exploration and surprise.
We promote the development of responsibility and a positive self-concept.
We maintain a balance between child-initiated play activities and teacher-directed learning activities.
We present learning experiences that stimulate physical, social, emotional, spiritual and cognitive development in a Christian environment.
We provide activities to stimulate independent thinking and to give each child many opportunities for experimentation and problem solving.
Our curriculum provides for kindergarten readiness; at the same time, we believe that childhood is a journey, not a race.

Lunch Bunch & More!

Lunch Bunch is offered as an extended day program following our morning preschool session. Lunch Bunch begins by eating lunch brought from home (remember...our preschool is peanut-free!). On the first Thursday and Friday of the month, children make their own pizza for lunch (provided by the preschool). The remainder of the time is spent in outdoor play, music, dance, story time, art, science projects, cooking and activities to develop Perceptual Motor skills.
