Club 56’s goal is to be a fun family of faith where students can discover their identity in Christ, find a place to belong, and grow through the Lord’s everlasting love.
We’ve formed Club 56 to help foster the growing curiosity of incoming 5th through outgoing 6th graders as they begin to become more aware of God’s wider world around them. Through fun social events, intentional acts of service and compassion, and Bible-focused teaching, Club 56 helps students begin to practice their own parts in The Big God Story.
Our midweek evening program offers a place for students to experience the joy of God’s community outside of the home, realize the power God gives them to act through local service projects, and begin to take a deeper look at God’s Word in their lives through Bible studies and retreats.
Parents: register your student for 2017-2018 by filling out a Student Participation Form. For students to participate in any WCPres activity, we must have a current form on file with parent/guardian signatures.
Students attend the worship session with the larger WCPres family, then are excused for their own directed teaching during the rest of the service. Club 56 also offers a discussion-based curriculum during the second hour as a safe and caring environment to actively engage with their faith.
During the school year, Club 56 offers a weekly evening program to develop connections within God’s larger family, harness students’ desire to be compassionate, and wrestle with the deeper questions of God’s Word. Our teaching curriculum focuses on individual books of the Bible, laying a foundation for children to build their faith upon for the rest of their lives.
