Lead Pastor and Founder | Christ Church East Bay | June 2005 – Present

  • Networked, Inspired, and Equipped 50 volunteers in preparation for Church Start Up in 2005
  • Launched Christ Church Berkeley in 2006
  • Launched Christ Church Oakland in 2007
  • Launched Christ Church Lafayette in 2015
  • Primary responsibilities are Preaching, Leadership, Pastoring Staff, Discipling Elders, Vision, Networking, and Outreach
  • Oversee one church in three locations with a 1.8-million-dollar budget
  • Oversee a staff of 8 full time and 16 half or part time employees

Founder and Board Member | Project Peace | 2008 – Present

  • Established this 501c3 (not for profit) for the purpose of connecting the financial and human resources of faith-based organizations with the needs of direct service providers
  • Served as Executive Director and Board Chair from 2008 to 2010
  • Serve as active board member from 2010 to Present
  • Project Peace has a current partnership of 20 churches and 20 service providers

  • Recruit and Train Faculty Members for our Church Planter Incubator
  • Facilitate and Train in the Church Planter Incubator

Member of National Leadership Team | City to City North America | 2016 – Present

  • Serve with 10 other pastors and leaders in developing and cultivating partnerships amidst influential North American cities
  • Hub cities include: New York City, Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, SF Bay Area, Phoenix
  • Specialize in writing, reviewing, and editing content and strategic documents

Member of National Church Planting Team | Evangelical Presbyterian Church | 2013 - 2020

  • Serve with 8 other pastors and leaders in recruiting, vetting, training, and exporting church planters in the EPC denomination
  • Lead the EPC Church Planter Cohort and will be fulfilling and completing my role in 2020
