NAOMI Mission Trip

Native American Outreach Ministries, Inc, better known as NAOMI it is a ministry focused on aiding abused, neglected and abandoned Native American children in Northeast Arizona. They provide a loving and safe home for them until they can be reunited with their families.

Our church has partnered with the NAOMI House since 1996 and while we were unable to send a mission team there last year, we are excited to be going there this summer. The summer’s trip, for members and friends of Walnut Creek Presbyterian Church, is a great trip for all ages. We have had team members from age 2 to 92.

This year we will be working on a wide variety of maintenance needs that have built up over the past year. We will also put on a VBS program, giving the staff there a much-needed break, and prepare food for our team and the NAOMI children and staff.

If you are interested in this trip, there will be an informational meeting, on Sunday May 16, at 10:15 AM outside, near the church office.
